Making a purchase from our online shop is simple and easy. Just browse the catalogue and click on any items that you wish to purchase / order. Select the quantity required and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection / shopping click check out and you will then be asked to fill in your details to enable dispatch of your goods. We offer free shipping / delivery as standard for all UK and Republic of Ireland orders. We offer next day delivery for stock items on orders placed before 14.00hrs to most parts of mainland Britain with the exception of the Scottish Highlands, which takes 2 days. Please note that goods are delivered between 08.30 and 17.30 Monday-Friday (working days). For orders dispatched to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland please allow 2-4 “working days”. Where orders have been correctly shipped by us goods may only be returned with our prior permission providing we are notified within 10 days of dispatch. A deduction of 10% will be made the credit note as a handling charge. For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added. Orders received from a company / business within the Republic of Ireland Company will be VAT exempt if they confirm a valid VAT number with their order. Orders from private individuals in The Republic of Ireland will be charged 20% Vat. Neither party shall be deemed in default of this Agreement or the Client Order to the extent that performance of its obligations or attempts to cure any breach are delayed or prevented by reason of any act of God, fire, natural disaster, accident, riots, acts of government, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of such party; provided, that the party whose performance is affected by any such event gives the other party written notice thereof within ten (10) business days of such event or occurrence.
